Hi, we are Carol and Steve, and we have hosted holiday accommodation in Sourdeval for several years, providing a friendly and personal service to clients.
Chez-casa is a Fully Double Glazed Detached House including: A comfortable Lounge with log burner and TV. Fully fitted modern Kitchen/Diner, with fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, air fryer, separate hob and oven, and extractor fan. The kitchen overlooks the patio area, and has both dimmable main lighting and discreet wall lighting for that cozy meal. There is a convenient downstairs cloakroom with downlighters and toilet and handbasin. There are two en-Suite Bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with 2 single beds, both have wardrobes and bedside units. Both modern bathrooms have: shower, washbasin, toilet and heated towel rails. There is also an outside patio area with barbecue and table and chairs. Conveniently located in Sourdeval Town Center with easy parking, it is close to bars and restaurants, Supermarkets, shops and Take-Away Businesses. Two banks with ATM's and a 24 hour petrol/diesel station. There are electric car charging points in Sourdeval, and a lovely park to relax in.

We offer a friendly welcome, overnight accommodation and continental breakfast.
The accommodation includes a charming twin bed room, with exposed beams and Velux window, tea and coffee making facilities are provided, also TV, and free Wi-Fi, (Fibre Optic Broadband) There is an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin, Heated Towel Rail and Velux Window. The accommodation is accessed via its own external staircase where there is adjacent parking for a car. Continental breakfast is included, which is served in the comfort of our farmhouse kitchen/dining room, or outside weather permitting, or in your room. The location of the property offers delightful open views over the surrounding countryside, and easy access to a wide variety of locations to visit.
Mont-Saint-Michel, Granville, St Malo, and the Normandy Beaches (D Day landings) are an easy drive away. Closer still is the bustling town of Vire, with a multitude of shops, cafes, restaurants, and major supermarkets.
We are roughly 1.5 Hours Drive from the Ferry Port at Ouistram/Caen.
Sourdeval, which is our local town, has a weekly market, (on Tuesday's) Bars, Café's, Restaurants, a Pharmacy, and 2 Supermarkets. Local Banks in the Town are Credit Agricole and Credit Mutual with cash points. There are charging facilities in Sourdeval for Electric cars.
There is also a 24 hour Petrol Station if you require Fuel.
We do not take pets of any kind, our property is surrounded by open farmland.
